The 100 day project.

Day 1

Well, I’m participating in the 100 day project. Do you know about it?

I’ve done it before. Completed once and made it varying lengths the other years.

This year I’m doing a combo, kind-of-sort-of. I”m writing a letter, note, a poem or whatever pops to mind and sending it to someone I want to connect with. Each note will have envelope art, like the one above. And yes it is art. Ha, I said it. Some of the envelopes I use are already made, I have a large pile, but some I’ll create that day. The project for me is the letter.

This one, came about organically, because I already knew I wanted to write this person. I guess that was the catalyst for the “what” of my project. I miss the connection writing letters bring to me, plus, if I’m honest my card stash to hold the letter is obscene.

I can’t believe I’m declaring my commitment out loud.
